Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. If you order the wrong items we will either replace or refund provided the goods have their original packaging, have not been used and are returned within 14 days of purchase.

If you have ordered incorrect items Lux Distributors will not be liable for the shipping costs.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
